Cooking Steps
- 1Toast your sourdough
- 2Mash the avocado in the bowl
- 3Chop the coriander
- 4Crush the garlic using the edge of a knife or garlic crusher
- 5Drain and rinse your beans
- 6Add the crushed garlic to the avocado and mix thoroughly
- 7Add in the beans, coriander and lemon juice to the avocado mix
- 8Split the beans and avocado between the 2 slices of toast
- 9Top with additional coriander (optional)
