Ingredients

  • 150g greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 30g of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 15g of peanut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

A really simple and filling breakfast to prepare the night before for those who don't have a lot of time in the mornings. You can swap out the banana for different fruits such as berries or grated apple. You can make this recipe vegan by using plant based yoghurts or milk.

Cooking Steps

    Add the yoghurt, oats, chia seeds, milk, cinnamon and half the banana to an air tight jar/container and mix thoroughly

    top with the remaining banana and peanut butter

    Put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight
