Ingredients

  • 150g greek yoghurt
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 40g oats
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 80g frozen raspberries
  • Additional toppings eg nut butter, pumpkin seeds or coconut (optional)
  • 10g honey

A really simple and filling breakfast to prepare the night before for those who don't have a lot of time in the mornings. Feel free to add extra toppings, nut butter, desiccated coconut and pumpkin seeds all work well. You can make this recipe vegan by using plant based yoghurts or milk.

Cooking Steps

    Add the yoghurt, oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, honey and milk to a jar and mix thoroughly

    Add in the frozen fruit and mix

    Top with additional toppings of choice

    Put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight
