Cooking Steps
- 1Crush the garlic with the edge of a knife or garlic crusher
- 2Heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic
- 3Chop the pepper and onion into small pieces and after 2 minutes add to the pan and cook until soft
- 4Add the harissa paste, prawns and rice and stir until rice is covered
- 5Add the tomato passata, water and stock cube and bring to the boil
- 6Leave to simmer for 40 minutes on a low heat
- 7Serve and sprinkle with parley
