Cooking Steps
- 1Crush the garlic using the edge of a knife and chop the onion and pepper into small pieces
- 2Heat the oil in the pan on a medium heat and add the garlic
- 3After 1 minute add in the onion and peppers and cook until soft
- 4Drain the beans and add to the vegetables
- 5Add in the tomato passata, mix thoroughly and heat until bubbling
- 6Add in the chilli powder and mix thoroughly
- 7Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes
- 8Serve with brown rice or in a wholewheat wrap
