Corporate Wellbeing

There has never been a more important time for organisations to invest in staff wellbeing. I offer a range of talks including Nutrition Considerations for Perimenopause and Menopause, How our Diet Impacts our Mental Health, Nutrition and Heart Health and Positive Nutrition and Behaviour Change.

1-1 Consultations

I offer 1-1 consultations for those who are looking to improve their overall diet or work on their relationship with food. Areas that I can help with include:

  • Nutrition support for reducing cholesterol and blood pressure
  • Nutrition support for perimenopause and menopause
  • Support for people who struggle with disordered eating including emotional eating, yo-yo dieting and black and white mentality around food
  • Nutrition support for people who want to use nutrition as one aspect of improving their mental wellbeing
  • Recommendations for people who would like to know ways in which they can improve their diet

Nutrition is broad and there are areas that I do not have additional training or expertise. However I am always happy to support people in finding the right professional to work with and have a referral list to be able to do this.

Third Sector Training

With over 7 years working in public health, and significant experience working with third sector organisations I am aware of some of challenges in supporting vulnerable people to lead healthy lifestyles. I offer staff training for those who work in the community. This incorporates the social model of health, evidence based nutrition and physical activity guidelines and practical approaches to encouraging small changes.

Young People

I can support schools and youth groups with specific projects they are working on around nutrition and health. I am particularly passionate about raising awareness of misinformation on social media and aggressive marketing that targets young people.
